Let’s build services that work for everyone.

Whether you’re running a small business, leading a nonprofit, or managing public services, I offer consulting, research, and capacity-building tailored to your goals — and to the people you serve.

Every organization has processes that shape how people experience their work and the services they receive. I start by understanding yours — the pressures, the workarounds, the gaps — and work alongside your team to design something better. Whether you need a quick outside perspective or a long-term partnership, I’ll meet you where you are.

Bespoke Services

Focused support for a specific need — scoped just for you

Focused qualitative research: In-depth interviews, focus groups, or observational research to understand the people you serve. Findings are translated into clear, strategic insights — not just archived in a folder.

Content audit: A structured review of your written and visual content — websites, reports, policies, communications — for clarity, accessibility, and alignment with your mission. You'll receive prioritized, plain-language recommendations ready to act on.

Workshop facilitation: Custom-designed workshops that bring your team or community together to solve real problems. I design for full participation, not just the loudest voices in the room.

$150–$200 / hr
Or flat fee by project

Nonprofits and government agencies: I'm committed to making this work accessible. If you're mission-driven and budget is a real constraint, let's talk. I keep a small amount of capacity for reduced-rate engagements each year.

 FAQs

  • Service design looks at the full picture — the people, processes, and systems that shape how a service works, including in-person interactions and behind-the-scenes workflows. UX design typically focuses on digital touchpoints like apps and websites.

My practice is focused entirely on service design and strategy: I don’t design websites, logos, or visual graphics. That focus means you get deep expertise in the systems that actually determine whether your services work.

  • Equity and inclusion aren’t a checklist. They’re built into how I work. I use a trauma-informed, equity-centered approach throughout: conducting research that surfaces unique perspectives, designing processes that reduce barriers to participation, and pressure-test assumptions with diverse stakeholders.

  • When mutually defined, client information is kept strictly confidential. I follow best practices for data handling and will agree to confidentiality terms as part of any engagement.

  • Absolutely and that’s by design.

I specialize in building capacity within existing teams rather than replacing them. Collaboration and co-creation are central to my approach; I want your team to own the outcomes, not depend on me indefinitely.

  • Definitely! I offer follow-up support and periodic check-ins to make sure changes are holding and your team feels confident. We can discuss what that looks like as part of our initial conversation.
